Please provide complete and accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Valentro. We may decline or cancel an order when information is inaccurate, a product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect misuse.

We aim to present every fragrance and its details accurately. Product images, packaging, and scent perception can vary slightly. Availability is shown in good faith and may change before an order is confirmed.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charge is presented during checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
We deliver to supported governorates in Egypt. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier operations, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed address.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Fragrance care and safe use
Use fragrances externally and as directed. Avoid contact with eyes, avoid spraying near a flame, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store bottles upright and away from heat and direct sunlight.

The Valentro name, logo, photography, product descriptions, and website content belong to Valentro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
