Time is essential in truly experiencing a fragrance, but decisions require clarity. We offer a generous 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a return for any eligible Valentro creation.
This period allows you to consider your acquisition in the comfort of your home, ensuring the piece resonates with your personal aesthetic and intentions.

The Sanctuary of Scent
For the integrity of our creations and the safety of our clientele, all returned fragrances must remain unopened, entirely sealed within their original cellophane, and in pristine condition.
The Complimentary Sample Protocol
To ensure absolute confidence in your selection, every full-sized fragrance order includes a complimentary 2ml sample vial of the identical scent. We invite you to experience the sample first. If the olfactory narrative does not align with your spirit, the unopened full bottle may be returned.

Prepare
Carefully package the unopened item in its original shipping materials, including all documentation.
Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and tender the parcel to our designated premium courier.
Exclusions of Rarity
Certain creations are bound to their initial patron and cannot traverse backward.
Bespoke Commissions
Fragrances crafted through our personalized Bespoke service, tailored precisely to your unique specifications and engraved with your moniker, are final sale. Their intimate nature precludes any possibility of return.
Discovery Sets
Due to the exploratory and consumable nature of our curated Discovery Sets and individual sample vials, these items are ineligible for return or exchange once dispatched from our Maison.
